Every Bumble & Beam piece is made to order, just for you. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order home.
Where we ship
We currently ship Australia-wide with Australia Post. We don't offer international shipping at this stage.
Making your order
Because each item is personalised and handmade, please allow 5–10 business days for us to make your order before it is dispatched. During busy periods (such as Christmas) this may take a little longer, and we'll let you know if there are any delays.

Free shipping over $120
Spend $120 or more and Standard shipping is on us. It's applied automatically at checkout.
Free local pickup
Local to Gregory Hills, NSW? Choose Pickup at checkout and collect your order for free from Gregory Hills NSW 2557. We'll email you when your order is ready to collect, along with pickup details.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, Australia Post estimates:
- Standard: 2–6 business days
- Express: 1–3 business days
These are estimates only and regional areas may take longer. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout, as we can't be responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address. If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery (with photos of any damage), and we'll work with you and Australia Post to make it right.
