Products and personalisation

All products are made to order. You are responsible for ensuring the personalisation details you provide (names, spelling, colours, fonts and other options) are correct. We make items exactly as entered at checkout. Product images are a guide only: colours may appear differently on different screens, and handmade items may vary slightly from the images shown.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is taken in full at the time of order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment made.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent or contain offensive or inappropriate personalisation. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.

Discount codes

Discount codes are subject to their individual terms, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be limited to one use per customer. We may withdraw a discount code at any time.

Product safety

Our products are decorative items and are not toys. Keep small parts away from young children and use under adult supervision.
